The 2013 W Motors Lykan Hypersport

Arabia's First Supercar

In 2013 Lebanon decided to make an outrageously space-age looking and extremely expensive supercar. That supercar is called the W Motors Lykan Hypersport.
The Lykan Hypersport is a mid-engine rear-wheel drive supercar using a powerful turbocharged 3.7 liter flat-six engine (possibly a V12) that delivers a whopping 245 mph and 737 lb-ft of torque. The engine is built by super reliable German company Ruf which basically makes zuped up Porsches. Naught to sixty takes an excellent 2.8 seconds. Total horsepower is 750.
The Lykan Hypersport features scissor doors.  It can be assumed the body and chassis of the Lykan Hypersport is made of carbon fiber. However the most interesting fact about the Lykan Hypersport is that it uses jewels and precious metals in its construction, particularly in the lights. This justifies the high cost of the car. Another reason is the installation of an interactive holographic display system in the cabin. Other advanced technologies will be put into the car as well.
The reason the Lykan Hypersport is so space-age looking is obvious. It was shaped by Italians. The Italian companies that shaped the Lykan Hypersport are StudioTorino and coachbuilder Carrozzeria Viotti.
Only seven examples of the Lykan Hypersport will be made so your chances of seeing one anywhere are extremely low.
The cost of a Lykan Hypersport is $3.4 million in the United States which is understandable.
