The 2014-2015 Chevrolet Camaro SS

The Car We All Know As Bumblebee

Are you a fan of pony cars but aren't fond of the cornering abilities of the Ford Mustang? If so Chevrolet has their own pony car called the Camaro which sacrifices the Mustang's power for better cornering ability. Although the Camaro has been around since 1966 I'll be talking about the new Camaros from 2009 to 2014.
The Camaro SS is a pony car or should I say light sports car that has an FR layout. The SS model is powered by a 6.2 liter LS3 V-8 that produces 426 hp. In the 2012 ZL1 model the engine used was a 6.2 liter L LSA supercharged V-8 that gave off an impressive 580 hp. The interesting thing is that the Camaro ZL1's engine is the same one used in the Cadillac CTS-V making it the fastest production Camaro ever made. Top speed of the 2014-2015 Camaro SS is estimated to be 155 mph. The Camaro SS's engine is coupled to either a 6-speed automatic or 6-speed manual.
The price of the Camaro 1SS is $33,335 while the 2SS is worth $37,155 which is good for such a nice looking car.
